Business Centre Promotes Big Changes

Penstraze Business Centre has undergone some comprehensive changes in recent months, bringing it to the fore of available business premises in the Truro area. As well as structural work to accommodate a brand new meeting room the centre also had a dedicated superfast broadband line installed - with a very impressive bandwidth to boot.

This has opened up a world of possibilities, the business centre can now offer broadband and calls directly to its tenants, enabling them to have excellent speeds as well as additional telephony services (such as redirects, messaging and more). The clients also know they just have to call reception if they want to expand their service or are experiencing any problems. Of course it also makes it very easy for new tenants to move in.

With telephony services available, a meeting room with broadband connection, and a postal redirect/collection service, Penstraze Business Centre isnt just suited to permanent tenants, it is perfect for small businesses looking for a 'remote office' solution... redirected telephony and postal service, and a meeting room to use when needed.

Aawens involvement started with a brand refresh, not changing the existing identity wholesale, the approach was to update - the perfect reflection of the changes occuring at the centre.

Following on from this rebranding process we designed a completely new website, to be handed over to their chosen developer. The website adopted a classic clean professional approach but with some modern visual twists, such as the curved containers and 'box and point' navigation. The site serves as a useful marketing tool and the design has allowed for expandability to include client login areas in the future.

Subsequent to the brand and website we designed the promotional leaflet for the superfast broadband and rooms available at Penstraze. The flyer followed on from the themes established in the brand and website development processes.
